Use of the Product
By downloading any of our icon sets, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the rights and limitations associated with using our icons.
Payment and Refunds
We use Gumroad platform to sell our product.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate our terms of service, which prohibit illegal activity.
Try before you buy! Download the free version of NeatIcons to see if it meets your needs before purchasing the full version.
Please note: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we can only offer refunds if there is a confirmed issue with the product download process itself. This includes technical problems that prevent you from receiving the product. In such cases, we will gladly offer a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
Changed your mind? If you accidentally purchase the wrong plan or decide NeatIcons isn’t for you, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund in these cases.
License

We offer three license options to ensure you get the right fit for your team size:
- Single User: Perfect for freelance designers, programmers, or personal use.
- 5 Users: Ideal for small teams who need to collaborate on projects.
- 20 Users: A powerful solution for medium and large teams.
This plan applies to all users on your license. Need to add more users later? We offer easy upgrades!
Scalability Made Easy
Need more users in the future? No problem! Simply contact us to upgrade your license plan. We’ll make the transition smooth and hassle-free.

Authorized uses
- You may edit and use NeatIcons free icons in your projects only.
- You may edit NeatIcons Pro Icons for your own projects.
Limitations on Use
- You are not permitted to resale NeatIcons icons, Free Icons or as part of a Pro icons.
- You can change the Free and Pro Icons to fit your projects perfectly. Just remember, these customized icons are for your own use and can’t be shared or resale on their own.
- NeatIcons resources, including Figma files, libraries, SVGs, font icon, and license keys, are for authorized users only. Sharing them with anyone who hasn’t purchased NeatIcons or who obtained it through unauthorized means is strictly prohibited. This includes exceeding your team member’s license limit.
- If you design for a client, avoid granting them access to NeatIcons source files; only share the design file with the icons you’ve used.
- Embedding Neaticons source files, libraries,SVGs or font icons within templates, UI kits, or client designs is not permitted (Only include the icons that are used).
- There’s a limit of 300 icons per project.
Obligations
- Use of this product indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- We will continue to providing ongoing updates and develop to our product; However, there are no specific timeframes or mandatory updates established.
- Please let us know if you encounter any bugs while using our product. We are committed to fixing all bugs as quickly as possible.
Disclaimers
The NeatIcons is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implie.
Enforcement and Termination
If we determine that you, as our customer, have violated this agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services and to terminate this agreement.
And you are obliged to delete all resources and files.
Changes
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
